The Caldwell Night Rodeo is more than just a rodeo, it’s a cultural celebration that draws over 50,000 fans across five action-packed nights. Recognized as one of the Top 20 Professional Rodeos in the nation and ranked within the Top 5 Large Outdoor Rodeos, this event delivers unforgettable entertainment and world-class competition. The energy is unmatched as elite professional cowboys and cowgirls, along with some of the most remarkable animal athletes in the business, take center stage to showcase rodeo at its finest.

What sets Caldwell Night Rodeo apart is its unique nighttime format. As the first rodeo in the Pacific Northwest to embrace the lights of the evening sky, CNR offers a truly electric atmosphere. With more than 700 top-tier contestants and seven exhilarating events every night, the excitement never stops. And of course, the crowd plays a starring role, from the wild and rowdy “Rowdies” to the tradition-loving “Civies,” the grandstands come alive with energy, passion, and pride.

The accolades for CNR speak volumes. It was named Canyon County’s #1 Large Outdoor Family Event for three consecutive years and has been honored as one of the Top 10 Rodeos in the U.S. by Real Time Cowboy Magazine. American Cowboy Magazine also included it in their list of the 101 Best Events in the West, and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) has nominated Caldwell Night Rodeo as the Top Large Outdoor Rodeo in the U.S. an impressive ten times over the past two decades.
