John Hess Receives the Unrivaled Customer Service Award at Kendall Idaho Center Auto Mall!!
John Hess, lube technician at the Kendall Idaho Center Auto Mall was recognized for going above and beyond for a customer. On January 18th, John drove to Cascade twice in one day to help a customer who was stranded and needed brake bolts. He was nominated by four different employees for his dedication to helping a client. John absolutely exemplifies what Kendall’s Unrivaled Customer Service is!! Way to go John!!!
