Kendall Continues To Be A Driving Force In Idaho Education!

Calling all Idaho businesses and communities! We need your help in saving Idaho’s education. Through Idaho Business for Education’s Community Activation Project, we’re bringing computers and connectivity to students of Idaho who are continuing their education remotely, and we’re asking for laptop donations that will go to the hands of students in need. Help spread the word, and let’s #EmPOWERIdaho!

The coronavirus has changed where we work, it’s also changed where students are attending classes. At last count, there are Kendall There are still 2000 Idaho students without a PC and 13,998 without internet connectivity at home.

Kendall’s very own Idaho Community Relations Manager, Alishia Jonas is leading the CAP team for the entire Treasure Valley and would love your assistance!! So far we have delivered over 400 laptops to the following school districts and charter schools:

Caldwell
Weiser
COSSA
Payette
Parma

We still need about 1800 more devices to serve the need in the Treasure Valley. That said, learn how you can assist below. Thanks for supporting Idaho students and positively impacting their educational journey!

How to Donate:

  1. Cleanse your PC.
    • A team from HP created a cleanse and build tool that will wipe the PC and reformat it. The reformatting process installs what students need to connect, participate and learn.  Please remember to include power cords!

      • If you’re not comfortable cleansing your PC, the teams at Kendall Ford drop-off locations are prepared to complete the cleansing process.
